As a client, will I have the opportunity to review the credentials and references of prospective resources being recommended?
Absolutely. Because we are proud of our people, their track records and their delivery capacity we are happy to provide credentials, references and arrange interviews prior to confirming engagement. All of our resources are subjected to stringent vetting that includes thorough background checks, professional talent evaluation and a host of other assessment methodologies.

What is the duration of typical engagement?
Our commitment to clients is “we will be there a long as you need us”. Our contracts are open-ended, a feature most clients really like. Six years. Almost all of our professional staff are W2 employees although we do use contract staff from time to time.
